I don’t even know where to begin….This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had planning for a party. This was our first time working with an event planner and Alkmini was everything I hoped she would be and so much more! Taking our vision for our daughter’s sweet 16, bringing it to life, as well as managing all of the details in between, was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Communication was on point from beginning to end and the day of the party was pure perfection! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to host another party without “For the love of details”. Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision we made! Alkmini and Whitney together made the process of planning our wedding so relaxing, collaborative, and FUN! With the numerous vendor connections/ relationships they had, it made it so easy to find exactly what we wanted from custom hotel toiletries, delicious cookie favors, decor, stationary and everything in between. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge on how to throw an epic party in NJ/NY and it shows.

When it came to the wedding itself they are exactly who we needed to ensure we were able to enjoy an absolutely perfect, stress free, and memorable day. The design enhancements Alkmini recommended blew us away it was more beautiful than anything we could’ve designed! She listened to our every request and found creative ways to tie personal elements throughout the entire weekend.

On top of their INCREDIBLE work product, Alkmini and Whitney are a joy to work with. They are patient, flexible, incredibly organized and detail oriented. They kept us on track which we really needed. I could not recommend them enough. They will plan definitely be planning all of our future parties!

My husband and I are so grateful to have had Alkmini and her team help us create the wedding of our DREAMS! We chose a venue in upstate New York that only provided chairs and folding tables-the rest was up to us. There is absolutely NO WAY we could have pulled off our festival-themed wedding without Alkmini’s help. She was there from the start and guided us through each step of the process-from creating vision boards, searching through possible vendors, staying on schedule and answering the endless amount of questions I had for her. She is extremely creative too and thought of some great and fun ideas to go with our theme that we would not have thought of. Oh, did I mention this wedding happened during the pandemic? When I said Alkmini was there every step of the way, I meant it! Alkmini provided us ease during our postponement and helped us find new Vendors who couldn’t commit to our new date. Alkmini and Whitney were also AMAZING on our wedding day and rehearsal dinner. They were fun, professional and made sure everything went smoothly. If there was a problem, I didn’t know about it! Eric and I really feel so lucky we had For the Love of Details on our team. I will definitely be working with these ladies again when we throw another theme party!
